*Formal Styling appts should have clean & dry hair upon arrival; appt does not include a wash/blowout. Clients with curly hair should come blown out to best of abilities unless looking to use natural texture in the style. Stylist may request an inspiration photo in advance.*

UNDONE STUDIO POLICIES

24 cancellation policy. We require a card on file and deposit to book color appointments and group service appointments. Deposit is taken off bill at time of checkout. No shows, reschedules & cancellations made under 24 hour notice will forfeit your deposit.
​
Late policy. There is a 15 minute late grace period. Our schedule is booked according to how much time is needed for an appointment. In order to provide the best quality service and remain on time for all other clients, appointments are subject to change or rescheduling after the 15 minute window. If we are able to accommodate, we absolutely will.
